Joanne has given proactive HR support that has benefitted businesses, large and small. She has worked at a senior level in SME’s and large international businesses in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, scientific research and FMCG. Joanne is as comfortable on a production floor as in a board room.
Over the years Joanne has taken the headaches out of HR administration, recruitment, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management processes.
She has managed re-structures and redundancy programmes, developed team work, designed and delivered management development programmes and carried out employee surveys, to name but a few.
Joanne has also designed and implemented HR structures and strategies that work.
