If you employ people, there are certain legal obligations you will need to comply with.  Keeping up to date with changes in employment law can be challenging and, if you are running or managing within a business, it can be hard to find the time to do so.

 

This is why Integra HR offer HR health checks.  We will visit you at your business premises and find out what you aready have in place.  We will then advise what, if any, actions are needed to bring your business up to speed with employment law requirements or any other areas that we think may benefit your business. 

 

We will discuss possible options with you for you to consider, to find the most appropriate way forward. These may include, for example:

 

  • everything is fine, don't change anything!

  • revising some existing policies or procedures

  • introducing new policies

  • overhauling your staff handbook

  • introducing one or more systems to help manage your people more consistently and efficiently

  • carrying out some 1-2-1 coaching or group training.
